How to pick:
1. Determine if they’re ripe. They are ripe when the tips of the husk should be brown.
2. Use berry picker to scoop underneath hazelnut and pull, or pick with hands by grasping and pulling.
3. Remove husk (this is better done when it is green, but can be a bit sticky.)
